Yes to all of this! I know some guys think these are just a fad but once you hold a pair of japanese scissors you start to understand the hype. I’ve had the 7" Yasaka for several years now, it never disappointed me. The long blades work perfectly in a lot of scenarios Word of caution thought: these are heavier than your usual scissors so it might require a few days to get yourself acquainted with them.
